Our Story

## Built By AQualified Joiner.

I'm Ryan Gillon — a fully qualified joiner specialising in loft conversions, home extensions and bespoke carpentry. After many years working as an employee within the construction industry, I established RG in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience, craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project.

I work with a small team of trusted subcontractors — a Part-P registered electrician, a Gas Safe plumber and a kitchen fitter — and bring in a structural engineer and architect I recommend when a project needs drawings, calcs or planning. Building control sign-off is handled through a private building control firm.

Whether you're looking to transform an unused loft into a beautiful new room, extend your home, or require bespoke joinery solutions, we're committed to achieving the highest standards and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Quality craftsmanship. Reliable service. Tailored solutions for every home.

Mission & Standards

## The Rules WeRefuse To Break.

### Fast Response
Enquiries answered quickly and a site survey usually booked within a few days — no leaving you wondering whether we got the message.

### Fixed Written Quotes
One price, in writing, within 5 working days of the survey. What we agree is what you pay.

### Qualified Joiner Leading
Ryan is on every job. Not a foreman who disappears the day the deposit clears.

### Building Regs As Standard
Notifiable work managed end-to-end through building control. Paperwork in your hand on sign-off.

### Clean Site, Daily
Site is swept, materials stacked and waste removed at the end of every working day.

### Honest Timelines
We quote realistic durations — not the shortest number to win the job.
