About These Terms These terms govern your use of this website and form the basis of any enquiry made through it. Where you engage RG Loft Conversions & Extensions Ltd for building work, a separate written contract and quotation will set out the specific scope, price and timeline. ## 2\. Website Use You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish any content, imagery or design without our prior written consent. ## 3\. Quotes & Estimates All written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the scope and conditions observed at the time of survey; significant changes uncovered during the works (e.g. concealed structural defects) will be priced and signed off before any additional work is carried out. ## 4\. Deposits & Payments Standard payment terms are stage-based: an initial deposit on contract, progress payments at agreed milestones, and a final balance on practical completion. Deposit and stage amounts are set out in the project quotation. ## 5\. Materials Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. ## 6\. Building Regulations Where works are notifiable under the Building Regulations or require planning consent, RG Loft Conversions & Extensions will manage the application and inspection process unless agreed otherwise in writing. The cost of statutory fees is itemised in the quote. ## 7\. Insurance RG Loft Conversions & Extensions Ltd holds public liability insurance appropriate to the works carried out. Evidence of cover can be supplied on request prior to contract. ## 8\. Cancellation You may cancel a contract in line with the cancellation clause set out in your written agreement. Materials already ordered or works already carried out at the point of cancellation remain chargeable. ## 9\. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Loft Conversions & Extensions's total liability under any contract is limited to the contract value. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law. ## 10\. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. ## 11\.
